PHOENIX, October 9, 2026 — John Rowan, founder of Home Fraud Defense, will speak at the 4th International MLS Forum, November 16 and 17, 2026, at Raffles Istanbul in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The Forum is organized by the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), the body behind the data standards used by multiple listing services in the United States and abroad, together with Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES) of Abu Dhabi and RealtyFeed. It brings together MLS leaders, regulators, real estate associations, brokerage executives and technology companies from North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Previous Forums were held in Paris, Milan and Toronto.
Rowan will speak on fraud targeting real estate transactions, including seller impersonation, wire fraud and deed fraud, and on what MLSs and the agents who use them can do to recognize it early and report it.
