How to recognize a forged-deed listing early: a seller who is only reachable remotely, insists on their own notary, and wants a fast cash sale. We walk through what those files look like and the questions that surface a problem before anyone is harmed.
The scams that target homeowners once a sale hits the public record, and what to do first if a client calls because something has already gone wrong.

The class is free. There is no sales pitch during the hour and no sign-up sheet, and we do not add your agents to a mailing list.
What you get afterward
Within two business days you receive a one-page PDF listing every licensee who attended, the course number, the date, and the hour delivered. It also lists who did not attend, so you have a complete record.
Anyone who missed it can take the same class at our public session the following month, at no cost, and you get a second record.

What does this cost?
Nothing. There is no fee for the class, no travel charge, and no cost to your agents. We are not selling anything in the room.
Will you pitch my agents?
No. Nothing is presented or sold during the class, and no sign-up sheet goes around. If an agent asks about our free tools afterward, we answer.
What about my remote and part-time agents?
Run it hybrid. We teach in your office and your remote agents join the same session by Zoom. Same class, same credit, one record.
Do you keep our roster?
The attendance record goes to you. We do not add your agents to any mailing list, and we do not contact them because they sat in a class you approved.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere in the Valley for in-office sessions. Outside that, we run it by Zoom for your whole office.
