If your agency, association, or organization needs dedicated program review, custom content development, or specialized training beyond our free resources, Home Fraud Defense can scope a consulting engagement.
Our public education pages and practical tools remain completely free for anyone to link to or use. For everything else, we provide structured, objective analysis and content design to help close the gaps in public fraud education.

Clear separation
Public resources remain free.

What we deliver
Typical engagements
We scope engagements around practical deliverables that an agency or association can review, revise, and use within its own approval process.
Program Review & Gap Analysis
A written inventory of existing fraud-prevention material, identified gaps, dated source notes, and prioritized recommendations for clearer language or coverage.
Custom Content Design
Draft consumer notices, alerts, web copy, staff scripts, or review-ready briefing material shaped around the organization’s stated reporting routes and policy boundaries.
System & Notice Integration
Plain-language flow maps and notice drafts for the handoff between a public-facing resource, a private tool, and the appropriate agency or reporting system.
Staff & Licensee Training
Review-ready outlines, workshops, webinars, facilitator notes, or course-development support on transaction fraud, deed fraud, and exploitation aimed at older owners.
Independence

No Preferred Vendor StatusWe ask for no exclusivity or preferred placement in your vendor lists.

Conflicts disclosedIf a proposed program could connect with Home Fraud Defense tools or professional education, that interest is disclosed before the work starts.
Engagement process
From question to review-ready work
A first conversation is used to understand the problem and determine whether custom work is appropriate. It is not a promise of price, schedule, procurement treatment, adoption, or outcome.
1 · Define the needIdentify the audience, current material, decision-makers, jurisdictional limits, and the practical question the work must answer.
2 · Set the scopeAgree in writing on deliverables, source access, review roles, assumptions, and any applicable procurement or records requirements.
3 · Build and reviewDevelop drafts with dated sources and checkpoints for agency, legal, accessibility, or subject-matter review as the organization requires.
4 · Hand off clearlyDeliver the agreed files, source notes, open questions, and maintenance considerations without representing that the organization has approved or adopted them.
